I gave them my security deposit ($1000) to do my work in May. It took them 3 months to come by my shop to measure the sign. Finally I ran out of patient and told them I don't want to have them do my sign any more. I want my deposit back. I had to call their manager Mike EVERY DAY to ask about my check. And EVERY TIME, he would say: "Let me check and I will call you back!" But he NEVER called me back. When confronted, he would say:"They never call you back?" It took them 2 months to send me half of my deposit, which is about $500. I am still working on getting the rest of my deposit back and it has been 5 months. They're very insufficient. When problem arises, they play "passing the ball" game. Nobody can make a decision, not even the manager Mike. When you call about the problem, they said they don't know and don't speak English. They lie through their teeth. Don't hire them unless you want nothing but trouble and headache.
