In my lifetime I have obtained a total of 14 mortgage loans and REFIs. No loan officer even comes close to the service I received from Johnny Cramer. He responds to inquiries, requests for quotes and questions in less than 24 hours and often within minutes. I could not find a better deal (interest rate and terms) than the one Johnny found for me. The information received was always spot on and comprehensive. He has so much insight to the mortgage loan process that he was able to update me with information even before I could ask what's next or when. It took a little longer than expected for underwriting to clear, but it didn't matter because I was locked in and this was a REFI. Also the delay was not within the control of Johnny or Infiniti Home Loans. Johnny is such a nice person to work with that I now consider him a friend and will actually miss talking to him now that my loan has funded.
