Average Service, Slow turn around

What can I say, the service was average, and the turnaround on the loan was slow. Does it seem strange to you that all the positive comments are 5 stars ( not even a 4 ? ), and that the reviews use a similar format where they mention the name of an individual
that works at the company and what a great job they did?
