I would like to take a moment to say that I have been going to Independent Repair for over 15 years and they are a wonderful company. They are trustworthy, reliable and honest. They are the only automotive company I would go to outside of the dealership, they provide me excellent service that is affordable. I've never had a problem with anything they have fixed. General Manager Mike Grady is awesome to work with, he explains everything in detail and give you all your options and he also prioritizes the urgency of repairs needed. He takes the time with you to make sure you understand what needs to be done and why. The turn around time for repair is great. I had a Acura Legend which they use to service and I had 250,000 miles on it when I traded it in and purchased my Lexus GS400. My car is currently in the shop as I write this review and I will be picking it up later today. I love this car and have no intention on getting rid of it anytime soon. I currently have 150,000 miles on this car. I find it interesting that a couple of people wrote reviews that were not complimentary, because in the 15 years plus I've been dealing with them, I've never had the problems they suggested. Anyway, I highly recommend Independent Repair.
