In August 2008, I took my car in for service. I was having problems with an oil leak. I worked with the general manager, Mike and the person that worked on my car was Jose. Mike was so patient with me. He qjoted me a price of over $3,000. I nearly jumped out of my chair. Of course, being a female the first thing you think is that they are trying to rip me off. However, Mike sat down with me and drew an illustration of everything. He gave me options and showed me exactly what was going to happen. He even advised that I get estimates from other repair shops. It was something about Mike that made me come back. He appeared to not able be trustworthy, but to care about his customers. This is November and I have not had a problem with my car since it was repaired. Jose did a wonderful job. I recommend Independent Repair to you for service. They are kind, courteous and most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY!
