Grateful for the Independence Law Group!

I definitely recommend the Independence Law Group. I was skeptical at first, but due to the foreclosure sale date of my home scheduled for March, I decided to take a chance. The representative was helpful in explaining the process, but I was still very skeptical. I heard all the bad reviews on loan modifications and attorneys so I was hesitant to trust them. I requested to speak to the attorney, and the next day they were able to have the attorney call me. I truly thought my family was going to lose our home. I even discussed moving my family back in with my parents. I was completely devastated at this whole situation and was at the brink of losing it. The Independence Law Group immediately went on record with Bank of America to get the home protected. I was still somewhat skeptical so I actually called BofA to verify that the Independence Law Group spoke to them. BofA stated that they did submit an Authorization Form which was one of the documents I had signed. They were also able to get the auction date postponed pending the modification! Over the next few months, I called constantly to get updates. They were probably sick of my calls, but were always very patient and willing to give me updates. I was still worried that something would go wrong, but I was pleasantly surprised when Bank of America sent over the modification documents that Independence Law had finalized. They got me current and a 2% interest rate! My whole family and I are grateful to all the people at Independence! I can not express my gratitude in words. Thank you!
