I am reading these reviews and don't know if you people are offering to the same company. If you are than you should get your info right and not try to butcher a law firms name. My experience with them was totally different. Not only did they save my home they stopped the foreclosure on my property and lowered my interest rate from 9% down to 4% and cut my payments almost in half. They answered the phone for me every time i called and was assigned a personal account rep to handle my case by the name of Andrew. He was very polite and let me know all information on what I was getting myself into and what was expected to happen. My whole modification went exactly as they advised me and I learned things about my mortgage that I would never of found out on my own. I would definitely recommend this company to someone in a bad situation with there mortgage. I already referred my family member and shes in the process of the modification as we speak. I am just writing this because I dont like when people say things that are untrue especially when I have had such a great experience with the firm.
