We to were taken for a ride. We were working with Rich who after 3 weeks no longer worked there then with Russ, Michelle, Shayla and Jeremy all of who lied to us every step of the way. They kept promising us these two loans within a month after 9 months we had had enough. I called one day and guess who answered the phone Rich (who supposedly didn't work there any more) and they couldn't find our file. We did end up suing improve credit.me and liberty unsecured loans, their attorney Joe Tiettone filed a motion to dismiss because we signed a wavier that said broward county Florida had jurisdiction, it went to court, surprise surprise no one from either company showed up the judge said the waiver that we signed was invalid because it was signed and notarized in our state, neither company is licensed to do business in any state except for Florida. We won the case received a judgement for $700 which we have yet to collect. We can attach their taxes which we will be doing. Everyone that has been taken by these companies needs to file a small claims suit against them maybe we can put them out of business.
