Broken Promises

Was in the market to purchase a product from this company, and in spite of mixed reviews, I proceeded to order from them, thinking that I really did like their communications product line. Bottom line is this: My order was not filled, though they charged
my credit card $500 deposit. Efforts to recover this deposit were rebuffed, and to this day I have not received what I ordered. I must now believe that previous negative reviews were spot-on, and I would not recommend doing business with them in any way, shape,
or form.
