I highly recommend Christian Dahlin at Impac Mortgage to anyone seeking a home loan. Christian was my loan officer when I refinanced in 2011 when he worked for another company. Because he provide such excellent service in every respect, I asked him to work with me when I decided to refinance a second time. Christian explains everything clearly, including a very accurate account of all the expenses and charges. He told me what to expect and how things would work at each stage in the loan process. He contacted me almost daily to keep me informed and to answer my questions. Anytime something new happened, he would call immediately. He seems to never take time off. He would call on the weekend if I left him a message on Friday. I was also impressed with his diligence in getting me the best deal, and with his technical expertise. He quickly developed solutions when unexpected issues arose. Most importantly, Christian is extraordinarily honest. Everything he told me was true; no hidden fees, no unexpected delays or charges.
