Image solutions Torrance has awful customer service

I placed 2 orders with this company Image solutions Torrance. The first order took over 2 weeks and when I emailed 3 separate times to find out where they were, I never received a response from the manager Tom Wilkinson. The shirts finally arrived. My second order has not arrived and I placed the order 18 days ago. I tried to call them, but message always says the manager is not available. I find the customer service ridiculous and inadequate. I ordered the items as costume pieces for plays. I have now had to hand make the items I ordered. I want my money refunded immediately.
Poor customer service. Staffs are unqualified. Not giving any respect to customers.
