Received the correct item, however it was defective. Due to needing the product quickly before a trip, I went ahead an purchased it locally and dealt with the return when I got home. I called HandHeldItems.com and they initially told me that they could offer replace the original item, or offer me store credit. I told them I didn't need another iPod case since I had already purchased one locally. They then agreed to refund the the item, but would not pay shipping. They told me they do not send defective items and that each item is tested before shipping. I find it hard to believe they have one of every device to test each case on (this case would not snap closed around the iPod). They said either I broke it or it was broken in the mail. I told them there are no signs of breaking and it seems to be a manufacture error. They still would not pay for return shipping. In fact they told me to place the item back in the original envelope and mark it "incorrect address, return to sender". I informed them that I wouldn't do that because I believe that is illegal. This also further brought the company's character into question. I finally just paid the shipping and sent it off.
I received my refund. Here is the breakdown.
Case: $10.99
Shipping: $2.85
Total: 13.84
Refund: 9.34
Yep, you read it correctly. They didn't even refund the original amount for the case.
I will NOT be dong business with IGg Factory Inc. or HandHeldItems.com again.
