Same problems everybody else has reported. My card was charged on January 10, 2009 and I was provided a USPS tracking number, but the USPS shows no record of anything ever being shipped. No response to emails... telephone calls answer with "mailbox full... goodbye" and then disconnected. This company is a fraud and complete rip-off. Don't even consider them! I wish I would have read reviews before spending any money there!
