Wrong product was shipped no talk button as advertised. Company is a complete scan and definitly not customer friendly. You call, no answer. You click on-line chat no answer. I paid extra money for expedited shipping to only receive the wrong items. then after I sent several emails and several days later I finally receive a response requesting pictures. I have asked for the owners name 4 times so far to no response. Kevin (employee or maybe owner who is just a punk who doenst want to admit) must think I felt like spending extra money on expediated shipping. since several days had passed since the wrong items had been shipped I asked that the correct items be overnighted. BRACE YPOUIRSELF, I WAS TOLD THAT OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WAS NOT AN OPTION. THIS COMPANY MUST NOT KNOW THE CONCEPT OF UPS, FEDEX OR USPS PRIOROITY MAIL. NEEDLESS TO SAY FOR A $25.00 TRANSACTION I AM NOW HAVING TO DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DEALING WITH ALL THIS EXTRA BULL*** THAT SHOULDNT BE. NOW ITS ONLY PRINCIPAL. INLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND BE TREATED WITH IGNORANCE AND DISRESPECT BUY FROM ANOTHER RESELLER. THERE ARE PLENTY OF THEM OUT THERE. NOW A WEEK LATER I JUST TRIED ONLINE CHAT AND CANT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER ON MANGER OR OWNERS NAME.
