I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this vendor. I ordered an iPad sleeve. When it came I saw it was much too large for the iPad and looked to be sized for a netbook. I did a live customer service chat and Ted said I received the wrong item. He said he was sending out a replacement that day, along with a prepaid mailing label to return the wrong one. Two weeks later I finally received the replacement and it was the exact same as the first one. On this one the label clearly said "netbook." Ted said this was the correct one. I returned both sleeves using the prepaid label Ted sent. I have not been credited for the return and my emails are not being answered. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will follow up with the CA Consumer Affairs Dept. There are many respectable companies that are a pleasure to do business with. This is not one of them.
