My experience exactly mirrors that of the other 60 reviews on this site. It pains me that whatever poor soul who's reading this has already been fleeced by IDCServco and whatever pseudo "Sales Company" they associate themselves with. My visual is 3 people
in their underwear sitting in a flea bitten bedroom with 2 phone lines and a PO box. Business strategy: Choose an office supply that no one has a clue about (Xerox Toner), call with a generic fake first name with a bizarre spelling, presume whoever is answering
is relatively new/trusting/has some faith left in humanity/doesn't think a fraudulent telemarketer would prey upon a small non profit business dedicated to helping people, etc and then through a series of manipulations and obfuscation, get them to pay 6 to
7 times the cost of said toner. Jymmy Snudgrass (with a Y), can't wait for your sociopathically stoic reply, please remind me you're not responsible for any of this, be as robotic and bureaucratic as possible, please. Smugly hit reply then return to whatever
inner hell you live with every day.

You have me at a disadvantage; I don’t know who you are, what transaction you’re referring to or what happened. IDCSERVCO processes orders assigned by independent sales companies; that’s it. Thus the consistency of my responses; perhaps they sound stiffer than I intend.
While IDCSERVCO is not the source of any order, that does not mean we can’t offer assistance. I don’t know if you and I have spoken, but I believe that you would not find me to be robotic and bureaucratic, or smug. My hope is that you will contact me, or provide some specific information, so that I can look into the order(s) you are referring to. (By the way, I don’t know where you saw my name spelled with a Y, but the correct spelling is below.) Please consider giving me the opportunity to address this situation.
