Bad Business!

We ordered ink from them-paid by credit card and then they sent us a bill. Can't get a hold of anyone past 3 pm except a rude answering service! Do not use this company for any services! The also charged over $30 in shipping and handling fees when we are in the same city!

Dear Susan B,
If you review the order, I'm sure you'll find that your company did not pay the invoice until after you received the order; we have a strict policy that payment is only accepted after the merchandise has been delivered. You are correct that our Account Services and Collection departments close at 3:00 p.m. however we are open at 6:30 a.m. (and you can always leave a voice mail or a message). This is to facilitate better contact with the east coast.
