I got a call this morning from a guy named Jason,he asked for me by name & he apologized to me for the toner not showing up for our copier.I said I havent ordered any toner.He said that I did & there was just a huge back order so they were going to send me a free one to make up for the delay.He also knew how long we've had the copier.Again I said I hadnt ordered any toner.He asked for the fax number & for me to immediately sign it & fax it back.He knew my name already,which made me think MAYBE i did order toner & forgot.So I gave him the number.Within minutes I got the fax,the address for the bill to was for our other shop around the corner,So i faxed it to them.The man called back & asked if i had received it,I said yes but it was for the other shop.He started to get upset talking about another guy filling out the paperwork wrong & he messed it up.Also used curse words about the guy.So he asked what copier i had.I told him it was HP & i didnt understand what was going on because i order directly from HP and its under contract so we get toner with no charge.So after that call I googled IDCSERVCO & started reading bad things so I just waited for him to call back.He did about 5 minutes later.He asked if i got it,I said i did but I had googled his company & it was a scam.He said Are you saying my companys not real,I said No i believe you're real,but its a scam.I said I had notified everyone in the company to beware of him and then he hung up before I could finish my sentence.
