I cannot believe what has happened to me. I just called 1-877-863-3088 and got no where, but I did tell the person I want my name removed from anything they have and anything they have canceled!
I know that I will have to fight to have my $149.95 refunded.
I only ok'd $2.97 charge. I did not proceed any further from there on the website. I knew nothing about a $149.95 charge being taken from my checking account, and thanks to that, I had an overdraft fee. I am requesting a $149.95 refund to my account but was told I was entitled to my opinion but I had agreed to the $149.95 fee. I would not have done that because I did not have it to spend!
I did NOT authorize anything except a $2.97 charge. I am infuriated. I had to leave town and just got back today, and imagine the anger I had in finding this $149.95 had been charged to me........I am not happy. They are wrong about me knowing that $149.95 would be charged to me........I did NOT know that. I was simply trying to get information on what it was by paying the $2.97 charge.....now I sit with an overdraft fee on my checking account because you took $149.95 from my checking account. I am angry, but more than that, I don't have $149.95 to throw away!
I am in a financial bind thanks to their misleading me. I was simply trying to get information. Beware! They refused to give me a refund, and I am very upset right now.
