Hi Leeanne,
Read your post. Question: After reading many complaints on various "ripoff" sites, why do have a website with these guys? Are you making money? Many people that wrote in their complaints have not read the "terms and conditions accurately. I think I did. I canceled within 12 hrs. and got a confirmation #. We'll see if the charges are reversed. I talked to several people at ICM and they all treated me well. One guy (Anthony) told me if I reconsider after I feel comfortable with the company I can reinstate for $49.00. They told me the $139.95 will drop off in 3-5 days. this is day 2.
