I have been purchasing from iHerb for years spending a substantial amount annually. Prices are competitive..which is the reason I continue to shop from them, albeit as little as possible and while looking for other companies. Their respect for the consumer is sadly lacking. The customer service reps are great, but they can just do so much if company policy precludes consumer accommodation. This company thinks nothing of receiving orders where the consumer requests 2-day shipping and then not sending out the order for a week or longer. The answer has been, "we are having warehouse trouble." If you ask for overnight shipping, they agree and then that doesn't go out until a Friday with no weekend deliveries. If you place an online order and 1 minute afterwards realize you left something out, you have to beg to have it added to the order even though nothing was even processed yet. If an accommodation is made, you are warned, as one would warn a child, that this is the last and only time we will do this. There is no recognition of customer loyalty and level of patronage. This poor tone is set at the top and is very frustrating. I've heard this and more from many online, professional and personal associates.
