This company started off good as most companies do until they got the sale and 1/2 our money. We contracted with them for cabinet re-facing and new countertops for (2) bathrooms and received a contract price of $2632.00 on 3/29/10. The problems started 1 month later when they were supposed to begin installation according to the contract start date. I had to make multiple phone calls to Sam Sethi, District Manager of Home-Pro of Florida and it took many calls to finally get in touch with him. All he provided were excuses as to why he could not meet the delivery date. It is now 6/30/10 and they have only installed the new cabinet doors and re-facing after persistent prodding from me. Mr. Sethi refuses to return my phone calls to provide a status on the countertop delivery and installation. Save yourself some time and money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...
