My friend is a newlywed with 2 small children, and she was excited about a listing for a big house in the Yucaipa area. She called and the lady "Sherry" made an appointment to meet her and her family. She was charged $185 to start paperwork. Sherry told her to call the number listed on the sheet with all the houses, and no one ever answered.
Sherry keeps giving her the run-a-round, and I googled the addresses and they came up as dirt lots, and the business address is the offramp off the 210 freeway at the Highland Ave. exit.
