I work for a rental agency helping people finding apartments through a large database of listings that I send my clients. One of the listings were through this company. My client was interested in one of the listings, I called this place and thy said he had to pay 150$ for their services before he can even see the property. I asked the lady ' what if he doesn't even like the listings.? Can he get his money back?' and she hung up on me and would not answer the phone after I called back numerous times.! I left a voicemail with my name and my work number, and still have not yet to receive a call back. I advise everyone to proceed with caution. I think it is a scam, an
