Everything was a pleasure working with this company. Helpful on phone and good selection (in Tampa Bay area at least). The hubby and I are finally looking to stop buying rent, but our credit isnt great from our last go-around with the house. We hope that things this time turn out better. We're very close to getting our purchase option agreement signed. Cross our fingers!
