Great phone customer service

Wanted to know more about how rent to own homes work. The first agent I spoke to was helpful and was able to address some of my concerns. Admittedly, there were things he felt needed to be passed onto his supervisor, which he gladly did. The supervisor was great. She spent 15 minutes with me explaining little tricks about rent to own homes, the pros and cons. Whether I go with them or not, I can say that the customer service here is stellar.
