Signed up last month. At first I had a few questions on some of the properties. Phone staff was incredibly helpful and really knew what they were talking about. Actually they taught me a few things about rent to own homes that I didnt know before. One of the agents, Francisco, was especially helpful. It's good to know that companies like this take care of you after the sign-up and not only during. People should learn from the customer service they have.
