I am not been satisfied with this service. The follow through has not been what I expected and as of today I can't even leave a message or have someone to call me back. I have been working with this company for 8 months and still have not resolved my dilemma with our mortgage. The second bank has foreclosed and I really don't know what is going to happen to my home. I am so disappointed in their services.
Nicole has been very nice but I have had several people to handle my papers and always needed more... Documents.... No End.
