This firm was hired by an independent contractor of the ConsultLaw group in Ca to do my loan remodification. I have been working with them since 9/2010. I have been leaving several phones message for this firm since they do not answer the phone-always states too busy. I have contacted the Consult Law Group and the contractor that was handling my account is no longer there and now they have someone else handling it. Bottom line, I have nothing good to say about the Home Protection Firm---always too busy to answer the phone--never heard of that!!!
