After countless efforts to communicate with my mortgage lender about ways to restructure my mortgage during these financially difficult times, the lender remained unwilling to work with me. I did not want to loose my house but I was feeling hopeless.
Then, I came across Home Mortgage Support Services. They gave me plenty of room to ask my questions. They were also straight forward about what they could and could not do to help me. Once I became their client, they always communicated with me. Throughout the process they kept me updated about the status of my file with my mortgage lender. In the end everything happened the way they had explained it. I remain secure with my family in our home thanks to them. They accomplished the goal of obtaining a workout plan and in the process made me feel that they genuinely cared.
