The terrible experience I had (and still trying to resolve) with Home Furniture Mart has turned me against ordering furniture online ever again. I tried contacting them many times, both by phone and by email. I never received a return call or an email response. I had to resort to filing a complaint through PayPal. They finally responded to PayPal. I guess money talks! But the problems still aren't resolved. Its been more than two months since my original order.
On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best, I would give Home Furniture Mart a zero for customer service.
