Don't just complain - fight them!

This company is simply the worst. They sold me old shabby looking Cappuccino CD/ DVD cabinet – not new as advertised, plus damaged as well. The owner Edward Litvak refused to exchange defective item, so I had no choice but to force him to refund my money through opening dispute with the credit card company. Don’t hesitate to do the same –it works, and remember that all those litvaks are afraid of you (just pretending to play bold) as soon as you take appropriate action. Also good and important step is to file complaint with Attorney General Office: https://oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company
