I just do not want anyone to be their future victim!
Do not believe these 5star reviews, not even a word. I placed my order for an office set about 4-5 months ago. I am still waiting for the last item to come. It took many phone calls, email, headaches, and frustrations. They do not have any clue what professionalism is! Never trust when they say they are going to call you or email you. They never do!
Stay away from Home Furniture Mart.
Do your research. There are many reviews at several sites. Do not make the same mistake I did.

You do not expect honesty or reliability from HFM, specifically this "Mr. Owner"
I placed an $8,000.00 order and paid in full for a complete set of home office furniture, along with the “White Glove” home delivery on 1/6/2012.
I was told to expect shipping in 2 weeks, but nothing happened until late Feb. On delivery, serious damages were found on 4 pieces of my purchase: Office Desk, Cocktail table, Bookcase and Bookcase Ladder. The bookcase had a fractured back and was never unloaded from the delivery truck. I called their office immediately and was instructed by one of their office staff members to return the damaged items.
I called and emailed numerous times. Like many of others experienced, they almost never answered, returned my calls and email, although I was told to expect call or email many times.
HFM claimed nothing was their fault!!!????
Only after I finally threatened to cancel my purchase and demanded a full refund, they then made the delivery in May, with still one piece missing (the cocktail table).
“Mr. Owner”, from 1/6/12 to May 2012, is that 4-5 month? Is this what you claimed "immediate delivery"?
HFM IS A TRAP AND SCAM!
Stay away from HFM, if you expect any decency, honesty, respect, responsibility, or professionalism!
Please save yourself lots of troubles and frustrations you never could imagine, by
STAYING AWAY from HFM!!!
