I am a happy client of attorney Brian R. Linnekens. I signed up with his company to assist me with a loan modification with Citi Mortgage on Aug. of this year. I was quoted a flat fee and the retainer for services was broken down into 3 payments. I was weary about paying upfront but when I looked Brian up he had an A+ rating on BBB and only 4 complaints that had all been refunded. I was given a contract with a clear cut 100% refund policy and guarantee along with procedures to start the refund if need be. I felt comfortable with Brian and I submitted my paperwork on Aug 2nd. I was able to get status updates throughout the entire process by phone or with my email pin they gave me. I don't know who this Nick Gottuso character is but I have spoken with numerous people in Brian's office and never heard of him. He may be using Brian's name fraudulently. My mod was finalized in mid Oct. and I signed my new terms at the end of Oct. With my new payment starting on Dec. 1st. I had a 9.25% fixed with a payment of $2856 before and now I have a 2.35% fixed with a new payment of $1432.17 piti!!!!! I owe everything I have, including my sanity to Brian and his team of negotiators! I would recommend hem to anyone.
