Terrible customer service and BAIT and SWITCH tactics!

Avoid this company like the plague. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!
I ordered the Le Maitre Peasouper online...They also listed a special deal as well! 15% off.
I ordered and paid by credit card. I then got an email asking me to call before they fulfill the order. I called and called and called...Finally got a young man who did not seem to know if he worked there or not...could have been a pizza boy for as helpful as he was....was told the manager would have to call me back in 15 minutes. I left my number. No callback. I tried calling again, and then got an email informing me that the product was discontinued...I looked online....they still carried it, but it now had a new product number and a higher price. I found it, still for sale else where online..obviously NOT discontinued! I sent several emails spaced out over several days. NO RESPONSE.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS....I have a record of all my online dealings.
