I am so glad that I found Higher Level Processing! They have helped me with my student loans and remind me when I need to resubmit paperwork. I had a specific question and Jendy Lynn Tundal helped and was very prompt and professional. She found the date I would need to resubmit paperwork by calling the Department of Education for me. They do an excellent job and have never had any issues.
