Going in, I was very bothered by the information I was provided concerning the changes that would occur in my account, but when I began to deal with Charity, all my anxiety and worry vanished with her calmness, patience, and ability to efficiently explain and make the necessary changes required to rectify the situation. I would very much like to have a thousand more people like charity, but would be content with having just her. She is an incredible human being and a very astute professional.
