I signed up with this company in March 2009 and paid them almost $4,000. From the first week until now I have been calling and been told that I need to someone different who is handling my case. I have been passed at a total of 8 reps and given the run around, they have don't nothing for me and now I call the number is disconnected. The person that referred me to them now tells me the guy who is in charge got arrested. Now what??? They stole $4000.00 of my month, plus told me not to pay my montage to show that I need a modification. Not only did they steal from me but also ruined my credit. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
