I feel they falsely advertised an item. I received an order of shoes that look nothing like the shoes shown in their picture.
It took several emails from me before receiving a response. I was told that wholesale shoes can come mixed with different styles. However, at the time of purchase their description said nothing about different styles...only about different sizes and colors, which I was fine with.
Very unhappy with outcome!
