This company has the worst customer service. It seems once they've sold you a hearing aid, there job is done. At the high cost of one of their aids, you would think that customer service and repair would be optimum, but it is not. I am very disappointed in this place and regretful that I spent my money here. He is definitely the kind of sales person that you want to avoid. He has not fixed my hearing aid and I have not been able to make another appointment because the front office girl on the phone is rude and tells me that he is overbooked. I have never seen another customer in that office (Burbank) whenever I would go there to buy batteries. I will not give him my business again, nor will I recommend him to anyone.
