I sincerely apologize for any problems receiving your order. While not having the specifics for your order, I can say that we ship and deliver over 2000 packages daily, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t the occasional problem with individual shipments either due to our error, the carrier’s error, or a customer error. We know the UPS/USPS service we use is just as reliable as the single carrier methods, because we spent a lot of time making sure before we committed to using that method and we still use the single carriers for physically larger-sized orders, and the “undeliverable” rates are roughly equal.
If you haven’t already, please contact us about your order so we can fix whatever specific issue(s) are preventing your delivery.
