My wife and I (ok, my wife) wanted to replace the downstairs carpet with laminate flooring. We shopped around and after speaking with Brad from Hart's Family flooring, we could have stopped. He was well prepared, knowledgeable and conveyed a true sense
of wanting to determine our needs rather than trying to sell us on something he was overstocked in at his warehouse. The installation (Sergio is the man!) was fast and professional. When they left (when is the last time a contractor promised 2 days for anything
and actually finished in 2 days? They did!!!) everything was perfect. Thanks guys, the wife is really happy and you know, if the wife is happy....
