To start with, Brad is personable and trustworthy. In walking into other flooring stores, it was easy to be intimidated. Competitors seemed solely interested in the amount of money I was willing to spend…not what was necessarily best for me. I ended up picking the top of the line carpet from Brad. And it is EXCELLENT. I feel like a God amongst men when I glide across my floors now. Several friends have complimented me on my fantastic carpet and others have been inspired to change their existing carpet. If anything, Brad tried to convince me that I didn’t need the very best, and that I could save money by choosing a cheaper type of carpet. This just proved what a consummate professional he is. The bottom line for another business may be strictly monetary, but for Brad, he genuinely holds your budget/best interests in mind. Beyond prices and quality, Brad’s flexibility for installation was incredible. I was tied up in escrow, not knowing when I would have the keys to my home. Brad patiently worked with me as I had to reschedule a few times due to delays in being able to receive my keys. Once I was ready to go, Brad’s crew was there just a couple days later to professionally complete the install. So happy I chose Hart’s Family Floors!
