BEWARE - This company is a rip off. After several months and repeated questioning about my eligibility for a home loan renegotiation and over a few thousand dollars later (which they require up front), they repeatedly assured me that they could renegotiate my loan terms. They only took my money and then forwarded nothing but my name and address to the attorneys office, Kramer & Kaslow. Yes, according to the attorneys office, Home Litigation help only sends the attorneys office your name and address. After a brief few minutes conversation with Kramer & Kaslows office they informed that I am not eligible for any home renegotiation plan that they are aware of. My advice, call Kramer & Kaslow directly yourself. Home Litigation does not do anything for you. Its a SCAM. Ironically, three specific concerns that I expressed from the very 1st phone conversation and several phone calls thereafter with HLH were the exact items that Kramer & Kaslow immediately told me would make me 'not' eligible.
