I would tell you to not use this company but they are already out of business, with everyone's money! I was looking for a loan mod for my home, I received a call from Sean Moore who talked us into using H&R Financial, BIG MISTAKE, We were lied to by Monique, and deceived. I sent in all of the necessary documents that Monique had requested and still got nowhere. In August here we were facing forclosure, my lender had sent me a notice that they were looking for a Divorce Decree? OMG What had Monique done? We were not getting a divorce. Well here comes october 2010 and that is the last time i had any contact with them, I have sent several emails, made several calls requesting our $2050.00 be returned to us. Our sale date on the house was scheduled for 12-22-2010, wow Merry christmas...I finally gave up on H&R and i needed to get HELP now. I have complained to the Atty general in CA, and in Co (the state where i reside) I just want my money back. Oh yeah one more thing when i contacted my lender the middle part of December, i was told that the last time that they had any contact from H&R was in October. I can not belive i was scammed, and how about a persons moral? I guess they had none. I do still have all of the corosponding emails, maybe a good thing to hold onto!
I have contacted another company to help, thank God they helped us, My lender will be sending over new loan documents within the next two weeks. The sale date is postponed indefinatly! BAD BAD BAD BAD COMPANY H&R FINANCIAL IS!!!
