Guidance Tax Service went above and beyond my expectations. They truly care and I so very grateful

Hi my name is Deborah. I contacted Guidance Tax Services due to old tax issues that haunted me for years from a previous marriage. My husband heard their commercial on sports radio and suggested I call them. I did and part of the reason I needed an attorney is because I had set up installment payments with the IRS I could no longer pay because I lost my job. As money had been an issue and continued to get worse in my situation. My husband also lost his job and now there's no money coming in. When I originally called Guidance Tax Service I had set up a payment plan with them to render their services.
As my financial situation worsened we were not able to manage the payment schedule I set up. Each month for a full year I emailed my assigned attorney Greg Miller to stop payment and most graciously he would stop the payment. I wasn't forced to pay them even though they had authorization to withdraw a $500 a month they didn't. I never feared they would. I have experienced other services taking out the payment whether I had it or not even after I called them they would tell me too bad you authorized the payment. This service is set up to truly be of guidance not a hindrance to those who call on them. My experience with them has been incredible and continued to become more incredible.
After a year of emailing I couldn't pay the payment Eunice from their accounting department emailed me and wanted to pin point a date we could manage a payment and how much of a payment would be comfortable for me to pay. They were still opting to help me. I wrote he back explaining my situation is still financially grim and I couldn't foresee any changes to my financial situation at the moment to schedule payments. Eunice sent my desperate email to Mr.Rick Yeager CEO of Guidance Tax Service. Mr Yeager called me and left a heart felt voice message extending his services. He said we could arrange payments that were affordable to me. He also said we could set up a date to start the payments when I started working and able to pay. I was so taken by his generosity I sat in my car and cried and prayed. I couldn't have been more grateful to Mr. Yeager and Guidance. I am certain that Mr. Yeager and Guidance Tax Service's name is most appropriate. Their intentions are to be your guardians. If you're considering rendering their services. I would advise you to do so and trust them.
