I wanted to take the time to send this review based on my experience and business partnership with Group ISO, namely Deea Smith. This is a testament to follow up. I was working with another merchant services company for the past 6 years and was content with their service. I received numerous calls from Deea Smith over the past year and was given the opportunity to switch. At first, I was not budging, but her perseverance and communication skills made an impact on me. So, I gave her and the company a shot. They have earned my business tenfold. Any problems that initially came up, working with a new and unknown company, were handled quickly and professionally. The transition was smooth and my worries have been erased. I could not be happier with Group ISO and their product. Deea is a valuable part of a wonderful company.
