Horrid Customer Service

This company is atrocious. We were forced to do business with them when our mortgage company sold our note to Green Tree. Since then the harrassment never ends. Even though we pay every month and our payments are never more than 10-28 days late, they continue to call us 10-15 times a day, every day. The calls begin before the payment grace period has ended and continue until several days after the payment was received. We have heard from several others forced to deal with the same company that they have had the same problem with harassment and unprofessionalism. Our late fee doubled from the previous mortgage company probably because they continue wasting resources calling and harrassing paying customers. We realize the economy is lousy right now, but the mortgage companies are the ones who put us all in this situation. I guess this company's solution to the problem is to make everyone else miserable for their huge mistakes.
