The technicians claimed to be able to clean my travertine and marble floor and ended up spraying them with acid (hydrochlorine), damaging and discoloring the marble and finish. They sealed them with a glossy wax, leaving footprints, bubbles, black streaks and splash marks in the finish.
This is a completely improper manner of cleaning travertine and marble.
They also didn't protect the surrounding appliances and wood floors. They ended up acid staining my stainless steel fridge, stove and dishwasher. They also overwetted my carpets, causing them to smell noxious and become permanently ruined. My family had to stay in a hotel.
They instructed me to make the check out to the technician, and then when I complained, they said I paid the technician and so the company was not responsible.
Over $5000 in damage has been caused by this company. They have not covered any of my expenses, refused to give their location and license # and stopped returning my calls.
