Our overall and continuing experience with this company, through Home Depot, has been frustrating and poorly managed. They extremely lack communication with the client with no follow up and follow through in the process. After numerous daily and weekly calls we're still receiving the usual lip service. They are known for their hardscaping paving services which we're satisfied 100%. We highly recommend to stick only with their paving services. Their landscaping services are mediocre, poorly executed and designed. We're close to filing a complaint if they don't repair the infestation of crabgrass, weeds and replace the dead plants & shrubs that happend 2 weeks after completion. This project was in the $30k range and regardless of price, the lack of customer service can quickly devalue the entire process.
